Dog park

We took Buffy to the dog park again. It wasn’t very eventful, except for a fight that broke out… that dog was going to fight to the death. When it broke out, all the dogs in the area ran over to see it. We were only a few feet away, so we grabbed onto her (and another dog who ran over to see us) until it was over. No one was hurt, and business resumed as usual afterward. The guy who owned the dog who attacked the other one stayed around just long enough to make sure the other dog was still ok, and then left.

Then, a little while later, I nearly got knocked over by a dog running lickety split who plowed into me. Poor Charlie’s face broke my fall, as he was standing right behind me and accidentally got smacked in the face with my arm as I fell. Then, Buffy started misbehaving, so we left. It was starting to get dark anyway.

We bought some Tamales for dinner, and they were amazing. So, now we’re just watching Food Network, and I’m thinking about getting the tree out.

Earlier today, we went to the laundromat and reorganized the office a bit. We got rid of the extra desk and put in some shelves instead, and it looks great! Some annoying kids across the street picked up the desk and took it away. Hooray!

Headache

Ow.

We got off to a fun start to the weekend. We went to Wendy’s for dinner, and then to Walmart because we needed some shelves to replace a desk in the office. We came home and played a stupid Bumper Car game on Xbox360. Than, we played Guitar Hero world tour for awhile. Now my head hurts.

I’m surprised I’m not tired. I’ve been up since about 6:30 this morning, and it’s almost 11 at night now.

Oh, and by the way…. no, we haven’t seen Charlie’s sister’s baby. We simply weren’t invited, and in all honesty, that’s fine, since things are still the same between them. All we know is that they’re all healthy.

It’s 7:30 am and it’s already over 60 degrees! It’s supposed to hit near 80 today!

So, I guess we’re not having autumn this year? We went straight from summer to winter and back to summer, and then winter, and now we’re back to summer again… it will still be in the 50s Monday and Tuesday, and yeah, that’s not summer, but it’s also not mid-November!

Strange. Anyway, off to work. Here’s hoping for a quick, easy, and painless day.
