Busy Saturday!
So, we got a lot done today. It was BEAUTIFUL day! I got the oak tree transplanted. I also transplanted the banana plants and the blue mist. Then, Charlie and I got all of the outside Christmas lights up. We were able to utilize the space that the old dead tree was (I’ll have Charlie tell that story in a separate post… it’s crazy). Then, I even baked cookies!
So, our big Christmas tree is up with lights on, the two little trees are up (the chili pepper tree stayed up all year) and decorated. The mantle is done… I made some cool paper trees to go above the mantle piece I made last year. The village is done. I have bits and pieces left, but I am SO HAPPY with the outdoor lights. I tried to upload pics from my phone, so we’ll see if they ever get here.
